Quick heads up - you probably got a notice around 7pm PST yesterday (maybe earlier, maybe later) that we are charging credit cards that were collected during BackerKit surveys in the next 48 hours. We wanted to confirm this here too and let you know that cards will be charged around 7pm PST tomorrow (Friday, March 27th).
If you have questions about the surveys launching last month, please review our previous update here, or if you have any other questions, please DM us by clicking here. For privacy reasons around individual orders, we can't do customer service here in the comments section.
If you need more time to pay, that's ok too. :)
