You know... my creative track record has been a mix of successes and failures. The failures taught me to be careful. Never overconfident. There's no such thing as a sure thing. That has been the mindset with all of my projects during the most recent decade of my life. This was my mindset coming onto this kickstarter as well. This was never a sure thing, until all of you made it.
For this you have my sincere gratitude and a promise that I will make you a book that I can personally be proud of, and those of you that know my opinion of my own work... I'm a very hard man to please. I got my work cut out for me as I bring this book to its finish and deliver a celebration of the last fourteen years of creative growth. Plus... a pretty awesome calendar!

There are a lot of questions coming in now that the Kickstarter is over, so let's dive in:
Q: I missed the campaign - can I still pledge?
A: Yes! We have Late Pledges turned on! If you go to the campaign page you'll see this at the top above the title:
You can still go select rewards as if the campaign were live.
Q: How long do I have to do a late pledge?
A: Late pledging here on Kickstarter will be available until right when we're ready to launch the BackerKit surveys. When the surveys do go out, we'll turn late pledging on Kickstarter off, but then will turn the BackerKit pre-order store on. This store functions as a late pledge platform, so even when surveys go out, you'll be able to pledge if you missed the campaign. We'll keep late pledges going through the spring, shutting it off in the summer time as we get close to our fulfillment date.
Q: When will the BackerKit surveys be going out?
A: We are aiming to have BackerKit surveys launch around the week of January 26th. However, this could push into the first or second week of February, depending on when our warehouse team gets the new 2026 shipping rates for domestic and international shipping.
When surveys do go out, they will go to the email address you have associated with your Kickstarter account. We'll do an update officially announcing when they have begun to go to everyone. It's worth noting though that it can take BackerKit up to 48 hours to process all surveys fully. If at that point you still have not received one, please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.
Note For Apple ID Users:
Please note, if you use an Apple ID with your email address, a different email could be generated for you for security reasons, and as a result, you might not receive an email to your survey. If you need this email changed, please click here to direct message us so that we can help!
Q: What's the purpose of the survey?
A: We use these surveys primarily for two reasons:
- To collect shipping payments and addresses for all our backers, so that we can eventually send their pledge rewards.
- To provide backers with the ability to modify the reward tier they selected or get a last chance to add-on items.
Q: How long will I have to complete my survey?
A: Our goal is to get as many surveys completed by backers as possible, so we give around 30 days from their launch to allow everyone proper time. If you need more than that, it's ok. :)
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: As noted in each reward tier, estimated fulfillment is set for July of 2026.
With fulfillment timelines, please be mindful of the following, which is noted on our FAQ:
The delivery dates associated with each reward are based on our anticipated production schedule. They are not guaranteed and, as they are described, are ESTIMATES. Once we finish surveys and all add-ons are locked we go into production on those items and will provide campaign updates throughout the process. Should dates shift, which is not uncommon, we will provide new estimated delivery dates in updates. Please note, that no date provided should be considered a locked and promised date until we have the books at the warehouse and until such time all estimated dates are subject to change.
